Please read before you make your purchase

Please note that when you make a purchase from Zara's Zouk you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

PURCHASES

Zara's Zouk aims to give you the best description of the item you wish to buy.  However, the colours in the photos and the actual item, may sometimes be a little  different due to photography, lighting, computer monitor screens etc.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

To be sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase I will do everything I can to ensure your items arrive safely. I obtain proof of posting but do not take out postal insurance. If you require items to be insured please contact me before payment is made.

If your purchase appears to be lost or damaged by the Post Office I will help you as best I can but

I cannot be held responsible.

 It always helps if you keep any packaging damaged in the post, or take a photo if possible of damaged packaging before it is opened. Please let me know immediately you suspect something has gone missing or has arrived damaged.

POSTAGE OUTSIDE UK

Unfortunately we do not offer free postage outside the UK.  When you order we send a separate PayPal request for the postage.  Please email us if you want to know this amount beforehand.  Sorry but due to past experiences we do not post to Italy.

FAULTY OR POOR FITTING ITEMS

A refund will be given if a faulty or wrong size item is returned to me within 7 days.

However, the refund will NOT include the amount that was spent on postage or the charge from PayPal

your money will be refunded via Cheque or PayPal

DISPATCH

Orders are usually dispatched by first class post. Where possible I will post items within 24 hours following payment.

STOCK & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

My online stock should be representative of my stock levels and if a product is not in stock you should not be able to order it. However, mistakes do happen and I will resolve any out of stock issues to your requirements by quickly sourcing the missing item or refunding the cost of the goods immediately.
